Nothing better than a hotel you can ski to and out of! The location is perfect in that way, and there's a ski wardrobe both inside and outside. Also nice outside area for tea but it doesn't get much sun and there's danger of falling snow. I think it needs to be covered with a solid roof and equipped with outside heaters of they want to attract passers-by. However we've now been there three years for Christmas and our experience has gone from bad to worse. This year prices have come down slightly but we were refused cleaning of the rooms, no toilet paper supplied or bins emptied for the five days we were there.. with a toddler in diapers?! Also the restaurant has gotten extremely expensive and they are skimming on the portion size, and the cuisine is more than disappointing. 90% sure that we're not coming back. Oh and there's a Yorkie terrier at reception who pees in the lobby!!!

Location was perfect! You can be on the slopes within 5 minutes in the morning. The hotel itself was okay. However, there were a couple of small things that made our stay overall less pleasant: - Walls are really thin and the neighbors next to our bedroom were incredibly loud which prevented us from falling asleep till 1-2 a.m. - It’s impossible to control the heating in your own apartment and it was really hot and dry during the night. - One of the receptionists was quite rude towards us and kept saying someone will come check the heating which never happened.

Pros: Clean, warm and quiet apart hotel; Spacious apartments; Basic kitchen - fridge, microwave, hot plate; Beautiful view; Great location- straight on the pistes, 100meters from the lift; Garage; Good Internet access; Rent-a-ski - special price for the guests. Friendly staff. Cons: Medical masks are practically not mandatory inside. There is any pots and pans in the kitchen that makes cooking a challenge. Parking and garage - yes, but not enough place for all guests. Garage is overloaded - the number of cars is double of the places. There is no guarantee that you be able to go out or to come back in; Double check the ski equipment - it might deserve this extra effort. Verdict: Not the perfect, but the best option to spend your holiday in Pamporovo.

Absolute garbage. Won’t recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is the location. The receptionist is veeery unfriendly and unprofessional. The rooms are old and there is no heating. The absurd price for a luxury room is ridiculous when a normal one is cheaper and better. I have no words for this “Hotel”. One of the worst ones I have ever been to.

For me it is a great place. Why i do not rate 5 out of 5. Here are some pros and cons: 1. The hotel is on the ski run :-). There are 3 meters distance from the main entrance and the ski run 2. There are two ski and snowboards rental shops in the hotel. There you can get a ski/snowboard teacher too. 3. There is a restaurant and snack bar. The quality of service and cuisine varies depending the quality of the staff and the chef. I am a regular customer for many years and most of the time everything is all right with the food. 4.The hotel is located at Studenets area, so you have a gondola in 150 meters, fast food restaurants, ATMs and cash desk to buy a ski pass 5. I have also seen pets in the hotel. But please check this when you are booking. 6. There is a parking under the building, but you have to leave the car key to parking boys in order to move your car if it is necessary. This may be inconvenient for someone. Another option is leave outside on a very steep street. 7.You can reach the hotel only with very good winter tires. It is located on the a hill so you have 50 final very steep meters in order to reach the parking. 8.Rooms are normal. Bathrooms are clean. Room service is also OK. Have in mind that it is not luxury hotel. 9.Prices are normal for me. Over all, I would recommend Stenata hotel to you.
